Research Assistant

Anish Gupta graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Informatics and minors in Critical Intelligence Studies and Data Science from Rutgers University-New Brunswick in May 2023. He am currently pursuing a Master of Public Informatics degree from the Bloustein School.

During the Fall 2023 semester, he worked as a research assistant at the Rutgers Center for Green Building. Hecreated an interactive dashboard highlighting building characteristics, energy consumption, technology adoption, and demographic information for the community of Maplewood, NJ.

In May 2023, he completed a year-long internship as a Data Analysis and Survey Design intern with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. His courses at Rutgers have sparked his interest in the field of data analytics and data science and he is passionate about working to protect people and making their lives better.
